Buckingham Pools move forward with a Residential Masterpiece
Buckingham Pools are thrilled to announce an upcoming project for a distinctive radial shaped eco-house in Warwickshire. As part of a larger scheme, the house will see a subterranean extension incorporating a pool, spa and sauna.
Now a fully designed suite by our CAD Design Manager, Mark Roberts, it is purposed to be space-defining whilst introducing an upscale lifestyle at home. Each integrated system, including filtration, heating and ventilation, is appointed from the latest energy-efficient range to support the eco-centred program. The selected fixtures and higher-end finishes aim to marry aesthetics with functional elements to accommodate the client’s preferences.
Heather Penn, the owner, says: “We chose Buckingham Pools as they were prepared to follow our green agenda and provide us with a pool area powered by air-source pumps run by solar power. Along with the ground source system installed for the house, it is intended to take the property largely off-grid. Other providers considered this problematic, but Buckingham Pools were willing to work with us to incorporate the environmental aspects of the design. We look forward to seeing and using the extension when it’s finished later this year.”
In partnership with Fabric Design and Build, we look forward to seeing the construction underway this June and expect an extraordinary masterpiece.
