Buckingham Pools are excited to announce its recent appointment by Vinci Construction to design and construct wet leisure facilities to support the Council’s Levelling Up Fund bid for Radcliffe Civic Hub. This significant project is part of the new development proposals, which focus on creating a multi-use hub and redeveloping two existing buildings.  

Currently, our team is in the design phase and committed to delivering modern wet leisure facilities that align with the Council’s ambitious vision. Our scope of work entails the installation of a level-deck indoor main pool measuring 25m x 13m, along with a moving floor learner pool sized 15m x 10m. As seasoned professionals in the field, Buckingham Pools are foresighted in undertaking this multi-million-pound project, ensuring the strategising, engineering, and management of the complete filtration, heating, and ventilation systems for a fully equipped plant room. Our knowledge and expertise will play a crucial role in realising the vision of creating a modern and bespoke focal point in the heart of Radcliffe.

Collaborating closely with Vinci Construction, we are optimistic about commencing construction onsite in Q4 2024, with the pool shell construction set to begin in early September. This timeline highlights our commitment to delivering high-quality results efficiently.
