This village is a new lifestyle community for the over-60s, situated between Ottershaw and Chertsey in Surrey. The property provides contemporary one, two, and three-bedroom apartments with exclusive access to state-of-the-art amenities.

Our scope of work includes an indoor skimmer pool measuring 12m x 5m, providing residents with a tranquil swim experience. In addition to the pool, the suite consists of a sauna equipped with LED lights, integrated speakers, and exquisite Obeche wood benches, offering a perfect combination of leisure and ambience. The wellness suite also boasts a cutting-edge steam room, enhanced with essence dosing and smart steam technology, ensuring a customisable and rejuvenating experience for users. Complementing this is an experience feature shower that delivers a unique sensory journey. Residents can choose between the invigorating Caribbean Storm Shower System with dual shower cycles or the tropical warm rain shower and arctic cold rain shower, both infused with delightful fragrances to create an immersive and refreshing atmosphere.
