Special attention has been given to every detail, from the installation of a counter-current system for those wishing to swim against the current, to the easy step access in the centre of the pool for accessibility. The pool’s finishes include commercial-grade mosaics that beautifully contrast with the luxury finishes of the pool hall’s walls and floor, creating an opulent and calming atmosphere. The luxury pool is complemented by a cedar sauna and a fully tiled steam room, forming part of a comprehensive wellness suite that is sure to become a favourite space for resident. Working closely with Gaunt Francis Architects, our design team had the privilege of shaping this extraordinary suite, ensuring that every aspect seamlessly blends function with leisure. We have implemented an advanced pool hall heating and ventilation system, including a high-level swimming pool supply and extract air ductwork. Linear slot diffusers ensure optimal airflow, while our comprehensive air ductwork ventilation system provides a fresh, comfortable environment for residents. This system also incorporates external weather louvres for fresh air intake and exhaust, ensuring the pool hall remains at the ideal temperature and air quality for both relaxation and exercise.
