Buckingham Pools’ project scope for this stunning private residence in Richmond, London, was to Design and Build a unique swimming pool and a spa suite consisting of a steam room and sauna. Our partnership with Boshers (the Main Contractor) and Richard Markland Architects for this scheme involved developing an exquisite, bespoke complex design to enhance the indoor ambience and compliment the modern architectural structure of the room.

The heated pool measures 12m x 4.6m with a depth of 2.2m, finished with large-format, stone effect porcelain, integrating all the necessary movement joints. The WIBRE pool lighting system was also an ideal installation in the pool for adding mood and pristine clarity. Safety is key at Buckingham Pools and therefore delivered throughout with an automatic slatted pool cover, easily stored in a hidden chamber when not in use. Sauna finished in Canadian Ash, and steam room in large-format tiling, both are a seamless accompaniment to the swimming pool and the end-user’s requirements.
