Buckingham Pools are delighted to announce the successful completion of the extensive refurbishment project at the prestigious, The Hurlingham Club, one of the world’s most exclusive private member clubs. Set within 42 acres of beautiful grounds along the River Thames, The Hurlingham Club is renowned for its world-class facilities and rich heritage dating back to 1869. This historic venue, frequented by royalty and high-profile individuals, entrusted Buckingham Pools with the significant responsibility of revitalising its wet leisure facilities.

Buckingham Pools were appointed to refurbish three key pools at The Hurlingham Club: the main pool measuring 30.5m x 12m, the children’s pool at 14m x 7.4m, and the splash pool 4.5m x 3.5m, as well as the surrounding changing rooms. Our meticulous process included resetting the pool render to ensure perfectly square edges. Throughout the project, regular inspections and collaboration with experts, including specialists from ARDEX, ensured that every phase was completed to the highest standards. The pool project was completed by using ARDEX S7 Plus tanking and WPM 200 membranes for additional waterproofing, along with SpecTile finishes for lasting durability.
