Buckingham Pools is proud to have been engaged for the design and build of the English Football Association’s state-of-the-art performance facility at the National Football Centre in Staffordshire.

The installation includes multiple pools, each with a specific use – a main pool with moving floor for variable training depths; a hot pool to increase blood flow, flexibility and relax muscles; a cold plunge pool to relieve inflammation and muscle/joint pain.

The facility is complete with a Hydroworx underwater treadmill installation with an integral underwater camera system to enable physiotherapists to monitor running technique.

This state-of-the-art performance facility is the ultimate training and rehabilitation hub for our professional footballers.
